Summary/Abstract: The article focuses on the identification and description of the attitudes and behaviors of women to health promoting foods. The aim of the study was to identify the attitudes and behaviors of a group of women (N = 105) aged 18 to 45 years and diversified financial situation to health promoting foods. The study was conducted using the method of diagnostic survey. The women showed a neutral attitude towards health promoting foods. It has been shown relative consistency between attitudes and behaviors. Higher price of healthy products in relation to their traditional counterparts and changing the organoleptic characteristics of these products have been accepted to a certain limit.
