Summary/Abstract: Sustainable development is a strategic concept implemented at national, regional and local levels. Properly planned and executed, development of local economic, social and environmental. The implementation of the concept of sustainable development requires decision-makers to determine indicators for assessing the effects of the measures taken. This article aims to analyze and evaluate sustainable development on the example to the town Przasnysz. Indicators evaluate and measures taken by policy makers, on the other hand they convey the concept of development.
