Summary/Abstract: Article refers to issues related to the creation of organizational culture of the so-called entities of the new social economy, of which mentoring process is or will become a part of. In the paper discussed are the problems related to the importance of social economy for contemporary social and economic reality and the need to increase the efficiency of these entities. Reference is made to the process of mentoring, especially social mentoring as an instrument allowing an effective career development (and overcoming life’s difficulties) of people with low human capital and the multidimensional benefits of this process.
