Conditions of management liability in enterprise – procedural and generic issues

Summary/Abstract: The objective of this paper is to conduct a discussion on the issues concerning formation, incurring, and taking management liability. The continuation of research on managerial responsibilities has been based on the earlier definition. This enabled the process approach to the subject of exploration. In the process the following phases there were distinguished: call, acceptance and management of liability. The carried out research indicated that the manager was not allowed not to accept managerial responsibility for the negative effects of a team. The consideration of the process of managerial liability led to the recognition of generic conditions of this responsibility. In this regard, the two main groups were pointed out, i.e. internal and external conditions towards the entity of managerial liability.
