Summary/Abstract: The article discusses issues related to financial instruments feedback, which are a relatively new tool by means of which are distributed funds from the European Union. The specificity of these instruments are shown on the example of the initiative JERMIE, which is addressed to the sector of small and medium-sized enterprises in Poland and is present only until 2009.
