CLUSTER INTEGRATION – AN IMPORTANT FACTOR FOR EFFECTIVE FUNCTIONING OF SMALL AND MIDDLE ENTERPRISES

Summary/Abstract: The contemporary economic processes necessitate integration of small and middle enterprises through forming of different unions amongst them. The cluster formations are nowadays form of cooperation. The establishment of clusters is important for the creation of innovative, high productivity and competitive small and middle business and for the steady regional and national development. The purpose of this paper is to examine the matter and principles of making clusters and to study the basic features of the cluster design. The passing processes of the globalization and dynamic changes create new conditions at the market. Current question is changes in business ruling with services in tourism area. The goal of this research is to analyse and make valuation of level of effectiveness in restaurant services in hospitality firms and to outline the direction and as a result of that it will increase their effectiveness. In the process of analyzing we will reach the following conclusion, that the present organization of attending tourists is not enough effective.
