The importance of the organizationalculture is consisting of its functions, the importance is manifesting trough someconcrete elements the company level and not only. The organizational culture isallowing the identification and the description of some numerous situations and realfacts, of human nature from the company’s life, with major implications over thedevelopment and the activity results, that weren’t taken into consideration in themanagerial classic leading. This explains why the elements referring to theorganizational culture were accepted very fast by numerous companies’ managersfrom the developed countries.
