Summary/Abstract: This article elaborates on the author's method of job evaluation for the select group of the knowledge workers. Known from the literature, the traditional methods of job evaluation are presented and the trends in terms of their application in contemporary organizations are described. Then, the job evaluation method for the work places of the knowledge workers in the area "sales specialists" in the middle company is strictly defined. This was followed by a discussion on the results of the empirical studies. The summary shows the directions of a further work.
