Summary/Abstract: This article elaborates on the model of motivating knowledge workers in an innovative enterprise. The authors aim at analysing the business processes realized by knowledge workers. Specifically, likely consequences of motivating knowledge workers in the department research and development as on the effectiveness of level of the innovation in an enterprise are studied. This was followed by a discussion on the results of the literature and theoretical studies. The summary shows the directions of a further work.
