Summary/Abstract: Ovidiu Moceanu writes a "late review" of the first poetry volume signed by Valeriu Anania, Geneze - Geneses (1971), not only to prove that the volume did not receive the necessary consideration by the time of publication, but to assign a value to the kind of poetry he brings into attention. Valeriu Anania`s poetry is celebrant, a "liturgy after liturgy" of the poetic word, in search for the revelation of all mysteries of existence. Ovidiu Moceanu places Valeriu Anania`s poetry in a context of Romanian Christian poetry, and the context of Holy Fathers (Sf. Grigorie de Nazianz, Sf. Simion Noul Teolog) he is so close to in his understanding of the poetic act as a natural extension of his priestly ministry.
