Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study is to explore the relationships between leader support, work – family conflict and perceived insider status (PIS). For determining these relationships, a study was conducted with 320 employees from tourism sector in Antalya, Turkey. After the analysis, the results demonstrated that PIS had a moderating effect in the relationships between leader supports and work – family conflict. Results also indicated that the relationships between leader support and work – family conflict is negative in case of low PIS. On the contrary, the relationships between leader support and work – family conflict is positive when the PIS is high.
