Summary/Abstract: Evaluation of the effectiveness of manufacturing processes is one of the key elements of business management. A major problem associated with the assessment of the effectiveness of processes is the impact of the company's employees, who can falsify or distort the result for various reasons. This article contains the results of research conducted over several years in one of the companies in the automotive industry, whose main objective was to answer the question: How is the human factor affecting methods and results of evaluation of the effectiveness of manufacturing processes?
