Summary/Abstract: One of the basic functions of a management and control of the production process is to assess its efficiency. The concept of efficiency is not clearly defined in the literature. This is related to the multidimensionality of this concept. This article based on the literature analysis and long-term observation in production practice. It is a basis for future research preparation on the impact of the environment and relationships on work performance, especially negative behavior, toxic and side effects in both groups of workers and business relationships. It describes an example (case study) of measurement the effectiveness of the automotive industry company and shows how to change it which immediately had a positive effect on the efficiency of the company.
