Summary/Abstract: The paper presents the sources of knowledge about professional development of man acquired by acmeology – the science dealing with the development of man considered as a subject of activity over his lifetime. The idea of subject synergy is shown for three main spheres of man activity: cognition, communication and professional activity. The analysis of the man development is carried out in terms of holistic approach.
