Summary/Abstract: This gloss describes the problems related to the representation of a minor victim, when one of his parents is a person suspected of committing a crime against a minor. This issue was resolved by the Supreme Court in its decision of 30 September 2015(I KZP 8/2015). The author agrees with the Supreme Court also thinking that a minor cannot be represented in criminal proceedings by any of the parents, when one of them is a suspect.
