Summary/Abstract: The aim of the study is to describe the relationship between newcomers‘organizational fit components (person-organization, person-group, person-job fit) and employs‘outputs (organizational commitment, job satisfaction, role conflict and role clarity). Quantitative research method was used in the study and the survey data were collected by using questionnaire forms. According to the result of research, there is a significant relationship between job fit and organizational commitment, job satisfaction, role conflict and role clarity. The most important organizational fit component that affects employs‘outcomes is the job fit. On the other hand, person-group fit component affects negatively newcomers’ job satisfaction.
