Summary/Abstract: In this article, the author examines the parliamentarians’ status in German Federal Republic. The structure and the body of this article reveal the comments on the parliamentary system in German Federal Republic, on the parliamentarians’ immunity and incompatibility in German Federal Republic, on the Code of Conduct of the members of Parliament, and for the purpose of the above-mentioned, the doctrine developed by certain important names in the field of law is taken into consideration (A. Radu, A. Lijphart, V. Duculescu, C. Călinoiu, G. Duculescu, C. Ionescu). Finally, the author puts forward a few considerations regarding the loss of membership of Bundestag and Bundesrat.
