Summary/Abstract: This article examines how globalization is a factor that has led to the acceleration of international labour force migration in recent decades, to the mobility of people in general, with the provision of a legal security framework and a recognition of theveracity of documents outside the issuing State. Considering the large quantities ofinformation regarding this dominant topic, this state of things has allowed us to carry out ananalysis on the relationship of interdependence created between the two phenomena, aswell as on the old and yet new character of the procedures used in the recognition ofdocuments at international level, in order to demonstrate that the experience of globali zationhas effects on the documents and their recognition in other states.
