Summary/Abstract: While awaiting for the year 2012 as an upcoming electoral year, identification of the present problems encountered by the Romanian society in terms of elections, problems which are partially to be found at the level of the European Union as well, and a reconsideration of the idea of European citizenship and the idea of electoral disputed matters make these topics most important and of major interest.
