Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to long-term trends and structural changes of household´s expenditure (especially for cultural goods) in the SR influenced over modification of their market demand in favour by intentional subsidies etc. by public hand. After its analysis the author expressed recommendations supporting further cultural development in the SR on the base of economic stimulation of expenditures for it from private sources (household´ s expenditures).
