Summary/Abstract: Postoje različita gledišta o ulozi i razvijenosti odnosa s javnošću u institucijama vlasti Bosne i Hercegovine. Međutim, da bi se razumjela svrha i mjesto odnosa s javnošću u toj oblasti bosanskohercegovačkog društva, neophodno je poznavati širi kontekst nastanka i razvoja PR poziva u njoj. Ovaj članak ima namjeru elaborirati ustavne, zakonske, organizacione i druge pretpostavke razvoja odnosa s javnošću u institucijama zakonodavne, izvršne i sudske vlasti u Bosni i Hercegovini. There are different standpoints on role and development of public relations within Bosnia and Herzegovina governmental institutions. In order to understand the role and place of public relation within given area of Bosnian society, it is necessary to have an insight into widen context of PR development. The author elaborates constitutional, legal, organizational and other prerequisites for PR development within legislative, executive and legal governments in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
