Summary/Abstract: The article refers to sanctions regulated in Act of 16 February 2007 on competi- tion and consumer protection. Besides civil and penal sanctions special attention has been devoted to administrative fines imposing by President of the Office of Compe- tition and Consumer Protection.The aim of the article is an analysis and evaluation of legal sanctions regulated by the law of competition and consumer protection. Such approach results from the last amendments of competition law (that had entered into force 18th of January2015) which implemented and changed provisions concerning sanctions for antimo- nopoly practices.
