Summary/Abstract: The interest accorded to this historical period and to the French -Romanian relationship not only that did not covered all the angles of the research, but has left the diplomatic contribution of Titulescu in an area where the continuity on the subject is totally missing. Although that the subject of this article may seem repetitive, the goal is to highlight some of the French politics in the Danube region by relating them to Titulescu activity – in a way that helps understanding the geopolitical strategy of an Europe that ends a war and heads to another. The percentage of a so called morality or controlled terror can only be estimated by a global analysis.
