Summary/Abstract: If we refer to age the spirit that "all our knowledge of reality is a conceptual", are at the starting point in the course of our discussion, in consequence, for the development of the subject, it becomes essential to recall the universal conceptual categories such as: the man, the development of consciousness, freedom, subjectivity, responsibility, system of values, upbringing, education, health, skills and competencies, work, mobility, creativity and career and life. Illustrated catalog of universal concepts is characterized above all by the fact that they are based on different fields of scientific knowledge and the diverse human activities. We are interested in the most extensive behavioral context, associated above all with the professional development of employees and their career. In this sense, the conceptual categories listed above determine the specific content core of our Congress reflection. And if so, therefore, the structure of the introductory lecture to the extent reasonably enough can be attributed to the following problems and their thesis: 1) Analysis of conceptual and logical - in the context of the study theme. 2) Education and work contexts - theoretical and praxeological and duty. 3) The man - National - Employee - the ideal of our time. 4) Reflection generalizing - a man of knowledge, work and social responsibility and social trustworthiness.
