Summary/Abstract: This article includes the analysis and criticism of the chosen aspects of individualistic contractualism. Special attention is paid to educational implications of contactualistic justification of politics, ethics and law. According to the author, contractualistic justification of moral standards causes that the mere justification of legal and ethical imperatives is the fear of punishment. Politics, ethics and education founded merely on fear contribute to degeneration and atrophy of social bonds.
