Continuous Education as an Opportunity for the Disabled People to Find Employment

Summary/Abstract: Undertaking of the professional activity highly accelerates process of the disabled people’s rehabilitation. The professional passivity has compound causes. The identifi cation of some of allows to undertake corrective actions. Professional qualifi cations of disabled people are poorer than skills of healthy people and they have smaller chance of starting professional activity. Permanent education gives possibility of equal chances. The article presents factors infl uencing on disabled people’s professional rehabilitation and professional activity.
