Education as a determinant of change in the lives of unemployed people with disabilities

Summary/Abstract: The article presents the problems related to disabled people’s professional activation. It focuses on resistance against work undertaking and identifies education as factor of change which is willingly noticed by disabled people and finally leads to employ and personal development. On the basis of own experience, author defines dimensions of education preparing to change. Often education is already a change.
