Summary/Abstract: This study was designed to determine the correlations and effects between two dimensions of empowerment, workplace incivility and burnout. According to the research model, mediation effect of workplace incivility on the relationship between dimensions of empowerment and burnout was analyzed. Hierarchical regression analysis was used to test the research model. Data were gathered from 171 bank employees in Çorum. Results showed that structural and psychological empowerment affect burnout negatively, structural empowerment affects workplace incivility negatively, and workplace incivility affects burnout positively. Furthermore, workplace incivility plays a mediator role on the relationship between structural empowerment and burnout
