Economization Functions Of Compensation For Wasted Holiday On The Background Of Polish And Germany

Summary/Abstract: The article presents the issue of compensation and redress for wasted vacation in tourist services. The obtained results showed that Polish respondents attach importance primarily to the fundamental aspects related to the execution of the service itself, while German respondents pay more attention to the comfort of services and valuations of these areas on an equal footing with the basic. Little impact on the results of the study had a demographic profile of respondents. The study showed that the price hike does not affect the amount of valuation The crucial importance had instead the economic situation of the country and the amount of revenue generated by the consumers.
