The value and evaluation of valuable nature areas

Summary/Abstract: Valuable natural areas are an integral part of the environment in which man lives. Environment is generally related to each other elements of natural and anthropogenic origin. Environmental degradation, which occurred as a result of human activities meant that began legally protect particularly valuable areas. Valuable areas in terms of natural areas are not protected by law. The publication presents a method for evaluating the preciousness of nature area. Valuables rating determined on the basis of the proposed method is objective because it is based on statistical figures. Preciousness of this assessment is particularly useful when determining the value of a particular area or property. The result of this assessment can be used in determining the characteristics of the property and the differentiation of its value.
