The Effectiveness of the Use of E-services in Polish Enterprises

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this article is to examine the effectiveness of the use of e-services in Polish enterprises using the DEA method. This method requires the determination of variables representing inputs on one side and on the other side effects. The study used data from GUS, indicating the situation of computerization of Polish companies, as well as use in their business e-services (inputs) and data on the financial situation of enterprises (effects). The analysis was conducted for the Polish states the, which allowed the comparison and ranking of territorial units based on effective use of IT and electronic services by businesses located there in.
