Summary/Abstract: Evaluation of military action is a process of interest not only for commanders, but also for politicians and even public opinion. If, in the case of a conventional type of conflict analysis, the problem is relatively simple, in the case of unconventional conflicts, especially stability and reconstruction operations, which are usually long-term operations, the issue of success evaluation becomes particularly complex because of the difficulty of identifying objectives and ways of achieving them, which leads to the determination of weight indicators describing the success of the operation. In this article we analyze the process of evaluation of stability operations, highlighting features of this process.
