The development of e-administration in Poland

Summary/Abstract: The progress of civilization, undoubtedly contributed to the development of information and communication techniques. Thanks to the new terms and conditions have been created for communication of citizens with the State, increasing opportunities for participation by citizens in public life of the country. Currently, the Poles still in limited use of e-government solutions because of their imperfection. Thus, every effort should be made to the presentation of the desired content more comprehensible and transparent, and thus prevent the discouragement, the digital divide and the information society.
