Summary/Abstract: This article describes the problem of moral education and the education of children's and youth's character. It presents contemporary scholarly (ethical and pedagogical) theory arising mainly out of the so called 'Philosophical School of Lublin' (metaphysical realism) and by another Realistic authors from Poland and abroad.
