Summary/Abstract: Neriman Nerimanov is an outstanding name in the sense of Azerbaijani diplomacy and history. He led quite a few ways in Azerbaijani history along with containing many qualifications within himself such as serving as an educator, author, doctor and politician. He was inevitably influenced by the tension of the diplomacy of his time. He always kept in touch with Anatolian territories during the time he maintained his duty as a diplomat in Azerbaijan. He promoted Turkish liberation through the support he provided for Anatolia and Mustafa Kemal in the Independence War. The general theme of this article consists of his ideological and diplomatic life.
