Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper is to shed light on the role of multi-channel marketing strategy in the firm. The practice of conducting flexible marketing activities in keeping with the distribution channels used – offline, online and mobile – allows firms to better match their offers to customer needs. The closed-loop marketing (CLM) system was designed for optimization of marketing activities through analy-sis of the interaction between the company and the customer. Skillful implementation of multi-channel marketing strategy for the company and the combination of all its elements into a coherent whole is a factor of success. The research literature presented in this paper will help CMOs to take certain decisions relating to marketing activities on the e-commerce market.
