Summary/Abstract: Human capital is the most important resource of an enterprise. The purpose of the article is to present controlling as the most effective system for assessing the management of human teams. Thanks to the organizational culture based on human capital, the company's strategic goals are faster and more efficiently achieved. Including the measurement of added value for employees to the controlling system allows to strengthen the employee experience,and thus increase the efficiency and economic efficiency of human resources.
