Summary/Abstract: The article presents an analysis of the postal market on the example of Polish and Danish. In particular, we present an assessment of the development of competition in these markets. They pointed to factors such as the level of independence of the regulators of the postal market, the area of universal service and availability of the infrastructure by alternative operators.
