Summary/Abstract: Agglomeration Province was established in 2012 and make it four districts, 21 municipalities and 8 cities. Participation in Opole Agglomeration is voluntary, and the cooperation of local governments is a versatile of improving the quality of life of its inhabitants. The potential socio-demographic cities met the criteria but noticeable agglomeration is the type of demographic stagnation. However, the economic potential is characterized by a predominance of small and medium-sized business most of the private sector operating in the broadly defined services. This occurs not only in the surveyed cities but in the whole agglomeration of Opole and in the region. This is the dominant trend.
