Summary/Abstract: A considerable investment activity of the cities, focused to supplement infrastructure gap in the field of road transport has not yet meet the needs in this regard. Despite the grants obtained from the EU, significant investments were supported by the cities themselves, and projects submitted, but unrealized in the previous and current programming perspective, become a measure of competition for resources, of which the major Polish cities will be applied for, in the next programming perspective
