The main premise or the main tested question, respectively, was that the law education and the teaching methodology of non-lawyers and therefore the shaping of their legal consciousness are ineffective. It summarizes the results of research focused on attitudes toward law and legal knowledge of undergraduates as well as graduates. Given that not all graduates or students learned the law it was possible to compare some of the answers and to make some conclusions related to the efficiency of law teaching. The aim of the chapter was to verify some elements of legal consciousness of respondents. The article concludes with some minor shortcomings that despite all efforts remained it the survey and may have affected the results.
