Summary/Abstract: In today’s globalised world, entire societies have started to dissolve, as their citizens are leading a double existence, dictated by the migration from one place to another, by the necessity of professional conversion, by the need to adjust to new societies and cultures. The higher the mobility, the larger the number of determinations which will appear. The author calls this condition “liquid citizenship” and the individual “liquid citizen”.
