Summary/Abstract: Nowadays we are dealing with a new type of legal and economic construction – in which ethics occupies a special place – international and European legal instruments, together with the principles embodied in them (democracy and the rule of law,the principle of separation of powers, equality of states regarding the treaties) are all forming a block of businesses functionality, in general, and of military affairs in particular.
