Equity as a Value in the Work of the Notary

Summary/Abstract: The article shows that the value of the equity is incessantly penetrating into the constituted law. Equity is becoming involved in the prescriptive regulations, it is opening the system of civil law to preterlegal values, making him more sensitive to the needs of the social environment. Equity is also a fundamental value which is the underlying reason for legal professional ethics. It leads to the conclusion that the equity constitutes the contact point between the law and the professional ethics of legal professions. it is expressing simultaneously the fundamental imperative of ethical proceedings and the interface of the law and ethics of legal professions.
