Summary/Abstract: Research objective: The aim of the article is to describe selected methods and tools designed for teaching enterprise at universities on the basis of the SEIPA platform (Academic Network of Entrepreneurship Educators). The research problem and methods: The main research questions include: How to teach entrepreneurship? What are the results of teaching entrepreneurship (as far as knowledge, skills, and attitudes are concerned)? What practices and methods lead to achieving the goal? The methodological approach applied in the paper is a case study. This qualitative strategy is oriented towards a holistic description and understanding of the case and its context. The process of argumentation: The theoretical background of the article is based on the concept of knowledge-based economy, enterprise and innovations. For better understanding, the digital learning platform SEIPA from Poland together with selected European and American experiences in this area are briefly examined in the paper. Research results: In the main part of the paper the idea of the SEIPA is described and the details of the application of ‘Innovative Entrepreneurship’ teaching programme used at the University of Science and Technology in Cracow (AGH) are presented. Conclusions, innovations and recommendations: A learning online platform used together with offline lectures and workshops seem to be a good method for teaching entrepreneurship, as it links three elements: expert knowledge, technology and academic institutions. These factors equip students with business knowledge and practical skills and attitudes toward entrepreneurship. Tertiary education institutions which introduce similar teaching programs have a chance to become an incubator of future entrepreneurs. The programs described above is no longer operating at AGH as a separate course, but it should should be continued with the use of the SEIPA platform.
