Summary/Abstract: Among the principles of pay, which should be respected by both parties collective and individual labor relations, author separated the principle of advantage (also known as favoring). This principle is very complex because of the multidimensional nature due to the ever-progressive individualism in the context of the post- industrial economy. So firstly this principle must take into account subjective interests of the employee, at the same time, without prejudice to the legitimate interests of third parties that are expressed in the principles of non-discrimination and fairness.
