EARLY MIDDLE AGE NECROPOLIS AT SIMERIA OR SIMERIA VECHE?

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper-work is to clarify from topographical point of view the state of a known and problematical point on the map of Early Middle Age discoveries from Transylvania. Along time the archaeological site from Simeria was placed by the archaeologists at Simeria Veche. This confusion is a real prejudice for the well knowing of this archaeological site. As we said, the aim of this paper-work is to clarify this confusion, by using the information that we have, to eliminate the possible following confusions and to make easier the access to the historical reality. This paper work is an introduction and anticipates an ample study which will be published after the systematical archaeological researches form Simeria will be finished.
