Summary/Abstract: The following article is descriptive and analytical look into Obstetric and Midwifery learning style types and their application in adapting an amalgamated teaching resource. University students have different learning styles honing to the diverse influx of international and national influences. The disparity in arrays of personality type and learning style preferences are considered. Optimal performance in an area of study is subject to the mindfulness of student and educators of their preferred learning styles and problem solving aptitudes. Students have diverse levels of motivation, strengths, weaknesses, interests and ambitions, and approaches to studying and educators should therefore aim to become more aware of the diverse approaches to learning.
