SOME NEW EXPERIENCES OF THE ARCHIVES OF BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA TAKING OVER AND USE OF RECORDS CREATED BY DEFUNCT REGISTRIES

Summary/Abstract: In Bosnia and Herzegovina in the last ten years there were several dozens of international organizations and associations. Their work formed the very important records. In the meantime, a number of international organizations and associations is out of business, thus came the question of fate of their records. In mutual cooperation the Archives of Bosnia and Herzegovina already started certain activities in that field and took a very significant funds, such as the International Crisis Group "ICG" lnternational commercial Malaysian bank, the Human Rights Chamber. The most demanding and important job was done by taking registration touring structure of the Commission for Real Property Claims of Displaced Persons and Refugees "CRPC." It is, in fact, a very extensive and operational fund which contains a huge number of pertinent information necessary for solving numerous problems in the segment of property relations, of human rights and the like.
