Some of the Factors of Internal Security Threats from Western Countries

Summary/Abstract: In last years the terrorist assault overshadowed other threat to the public safety in the developed countries. But indeed they are and undermine the political stability in the West. The street riots, which broke out in France, Hungary, Greece and USA and other countries, showed that political stability in the developed countries is only apparently. These countries find oneself in situation, which can be compared to events from the past. The processes that lead to crisis of the political systems are similar irrespective of the historical period. It permit us to establish the regularity of development. In the spite of appearances of the great power of the West, the political situation in these countries is not idyllic. In this problem didn’t helped the end of the cold war. It has come in-to being a new conflict between the rich North and the poor South. The fundamentalist terror of Al Queda replace the former leftist terror today. In the rich countries demographical collapse bring about lack of work force and the great per cent of the old people. An influx of immigrants from poor countries trigger off ethnic disturbances. The welfare State cause of the great bureaucracy, that interfere in people’s lives and their families. In the developed countries has arisen the political class, that exercise the authority of the state not always in harmony with society expectations.The welfare State took on the responsibilities, that are beyond its capabilities. This provoke of social tensions, witch can reduce to street riots. The means of communication development cause the problem of geographical isolation of social revolt. I have the impression, that so as to prevent of anti-state disturbances, one effectively to reform the political systems and to chance the model of functioning of political class.
